When I was asked to take part in the Failing Forward project I didn’t know what I was getting myself into. At first I didn't know what to do. I didn’t understand the name of the project or what it was about. I began to think that I shouldn’t be in the programme, that it wasn’t for me. But during the week, after taking part in some of the meetings and training, I understood that, "Fail Forward isn’t just for people that have had a hard time at home or have made some big mis
